Founders
Butch & Jann Redinger
After serving in Vietnam, Butch completed his IW apprenticeship in 1974. With over 20 years of experience under his toolbelt, Butch & his wife, Jann, founded RSEI in 1993. Together, they spent decades growing their family business into a stunning family legacy. In 2019, Butch received his 50 year Ironworker pin! They now enjoy retirement life at their lakeside cabin in Northern Michigan.

Josh Redinger
Josh brings a passion for construction, a strong work ethic, and a wealth of industry expertise to every project. He is highly respected for his innovative mindset and safety-focused approach. Josh is skilled in both estimating and project management, giving clients the assurance of successful projects at competitive prices. He is an invaluable asset to the RSEI team.
Vice President, Owner
Lindsey Redinger, CAP
Lindsey prides herself on being the glue that holds our business together. With her accounting expertise and construction industry experience, she ensures that all aspects of the business run smoothly. She holds the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation and is currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation to further her expertise.
Phil Nichols
General Foreman
Phil has been part of the RSEI team since 2001. His expertise in ironworking is invaluable & he’s been instrumental in helping us complete countless projects. Phil is a humble craftsman with a big family & an even bigger heart! He’s always willing to lend a hand, step up to challenges, & share his knowledge. His presence on the job site is greatly appreciated by everyone. We’re lucky to have him on our team!
Corey Reed
Foreman
Corey has been a passionate & dedicated member of the RSEI team since 2014. His ability to bring a unique perspective to any project makes him an invaluable asset. Corey has been deemed the team photographer; a lot of the images on this site are his handiwork! On top of his professional contributions, he's also the class clown - hands down! He's always happy to lighten the mood with a joke or two.
Pat Nichols
Foreman
Pat has been a part of the RSEI team since early 2001, making him our longest-tenured team member. His expertise & willingness to lend a hand make him vital to any jobsite he visits. He comes to work every day with a smile. His cheerful attitude and friendly disposition make him a joy to work with. Pat’s experience and positive energy are invaluable assets to the team and we are glad to have him on board!
Jackie Jarvis
Office Administrator
Jackie joined RSEI in 2023 & quickly became an invaluable part of the team. She has incredible memory and attention to detail, which come in handy when dealing with multiple ongoing projects. When she isn't working in the office, Jackie is a high school sports coach. She loves working with young people and helping them to develop their talents. Jackie is an integral part of the RSEI team and we are lucky to have her!
PJ Nichols
Journeyman
PJ is a fifth-generation ironworker who joined RSEI in 2014. He is known for his helpful and kind attitude, always eager to lend a helping hand to his coworkers. When he's not working, PJ loves spending time on his farm, tending to his cattle, and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors with his family. We’re proud to have PJ as part of our team!
John Walters
Apprentice
John has been a welcome addition to the RSEI team since joining us in 2020. Growing up around ironwork, John has a natural affinity for the trade and is eager to learn. He is always willing to put in the time to get the job done right. With his enthusiasm and dedication, John is sure to be a valuable member of the RSEI team for years to come.
Parker Walters
Apprentice
Parker joined the RSEI team in 2020 and has already proven himself to be a valuable asset. He is already a certified welder and is always looking for ways to improve his skills. Parker has his sights set on Josh's job! He is a passionate and committed team member who is always ready to take on any challenge. We look forward to seeing his future accomplishments!
Steve Redinger
Shop Manager
Steve has been a valued member of RSEI since 2018. He is responsible for maintaining the construction equipment and performing odd jobs around the shop. He is an Army veteran and has over twenty years of experience as a mechanic. Steve spends the summer in his massive garden and greenhouse, growing his own vegetables and flowers, and enjoying the sunshine.
