Founders
Butch & Jann Redinger
Butch, a Vietnam veteran, completed his Ironworker apprenticeship in 1974 and dedicated over 20 years to honing his craft. In 1993, he and his wife, Jann, founded RSEI, turning their passion into a thriving family business that has become a remarkable legacy. In recognition of his commitment, Butch proudly received his 50-year Ironworker pin in 2019. Today, they relish their well-deserved retirement at their beautiful lakeside cabin in Northern Michigan.

Josh Redinger
Josh is a dedicated construction professional known for his strong work ethic and extensive expertise in the structural steel industry. With a passion for building and safety-first mindset, he excels in estimating and project management. Clients trust Josh to deliver successful projects at competitive prices, thanks to his innovative methods and commitment to quality. Lindsey Redinger
Lindsey is known for her ability to keep everything organized and running seamlessly. With a strong background in accounting and extensive experience in the construction industry, she expertly manages all facets of operations. Her dedication and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset, ensuring that our team can focus on delivering exceptional results. Lindsey's commitment to our success truly makes her the glue that holds us together.

Phil Nichols
General Foreman
Phil has been part of the RSEI team since 2001. His expertise in ironworking is invaluable & he’s been instrumental in helping us complete countless projects. Phil is a humble craftsman with a big family & an even bigger heart! He’s always willing to lend a hand, step up to challenges, & share his knowledge. His presence on the job site is greatly appreciated by everyone. We’re lucky to have him on our team!

PJ Nichols
Foreman
PJ is a passionate fifth-generation ironworker who has been with RSEI since 2014. Known for his helpful and kind demeanor, he always goes the extra mile to support his coworkers and clients. His keen attention to detail, combined with a big picture mindset, makes him a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, PJ enjoys life on his farm, where he cares for his cattle and cherishes the great outdoors with his family. We're proud to have PJ as part of our team!

Pat Nichols
Foreman​

Pat has been a part of the RSEI team since early 2001, making him our longest-tenured team member. His expertise & willingness to lend a hand make him vital to any jobsite he visits. He comes to work every day with a smile. His cheerful attitude and friendly disposition make him a joy to work with. Pat’s experience and positive energy are invaluable assets to the team and we are glad to have him on board!

Paige Nichols
Office Administrator
Paige joined RSEI in 2024 and has quickly proven to be an invaluable member of our team. Coming from a family of ironworkers, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities within the structural steel industry. Paige is dedicated to continuous learning and is committed to seeing projects through to completion. Outside of work, she shows Hereford cattle at the national level and enjoys spending quality time with her nieces and nephews. We're truly lucky to have her on board!

Parker Walters
Journeyman
Parker joined the RSEI team in 2020 and has already proven himself to be a valuable asset. He is a certified welder and is always looking for ways to improve his skills. Parker has his sights set on Josh's job! He is a passionate and committed team member who is always ready to take on any challenge. We look forward to seeing his future accomplishments!

John Walters
Apprentice

John has been a welcome addition to the RSEI team since joining us in 2020. Growing up around ironwork, John has a natural affinity for the trade and is eager to learn. He is always willing to put in the time to get the job done right. With his enthusiasm and dedication, John is sure to be a valuable member of the RSEI team for years to come.

Steve Redinger
Shop Manager

Steve has been a valued member of RSEI since 2018. He is responsible for maintaining the construction equipment and performing odd jobs around the shop. He is an Army veteran and has over twenty years of experience as a mechanic. Steve spends the summer in his massive garden and greenhouse, growing his own vegetables and flowers, and enjoying the sunshine.
