Redinger Steel Erectors Inc. was founded by Butch Redinger and his wife, Jann, after nearly two decades of experience as a dedicated Local 25 Ironworker. Based in their hometown of Fowlerville, Michigan, the company was ideally situated between Lansing and Detroit, allowing them to serve a wide range of clients effectively. With a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Butch led RSEI for nearly thirty incredible years!

Butch established a remarkable legacy that we are committed to preserving for future generations. As second-generation owners, Josh and Lindsey take pride in continuing this tradition, ensuring that Butch's values and vision live on. We are dedicated to upholding the quality and integrity that has defined our brand for years.

At Redinger Steel, we take pride in our commitment to excellence as a signatory contractor to Ironworkers Local 25. Our dedicated team, composed of experienced foremen, skilled journeymen, and enthusiastic apprentices, upholds the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Redinger Steel prioritizes a safe work environment by conducting regular safety training and inspections. We require all team members to stay current on drug testing and safety certifications through MUST (Management and Unions Serving Together). Additionally, our management staff and core team members hold certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED training from the American Red Cross, reflecting our commitment to safety and preparedness.

Redinger Steel foremen carry tablets in the field, ensuring they stay connected in our ever-evolving construction environment. These tablets provide immediate access to all site-specific drawings, safety documentation, SDS manuals, and company polices and procedures. This technology enables them to address challenges swiftly and maintain communication with the management team and our valued customers.
