Redinger Steel Erectors, Inc.

Reliable, Safe, & Efficient

Redinger Steel Erectors, Inc is a family owned & operated union steel erector signatory to Iron Workers Local 25. We have been in business for over 25 years. Redinger Steel works directly with structural steel fabricators to provide a complete steel fabrication and installation package to general contractors, construction managers, and owners.

Butch has been a union Iron Worker for over forty-five years and founded Redinger Steel in 1993. Josh has thirteen years of experience as a union iron worker. Our team’s expertise in the structural steel industry makes RSEI an asset to any construction project. Our crews consist of several foremen and journeymen who have been with RSEI for over ten years each alongside journeymen and young apprentices hitting the ground running.

We provide installation services for structural steel, joist, decking, miscellaneous steel, ornamental iron work, glass railings, stairs and railings, stainless steel, and aluminum. In the last five years, RSEI has completed over 225 projects in southeast and mid-Michigan. We are conveniently located between Lansing and Detroit in Fowlerville, Michigan.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe work environment and properly training employees through regular company safety meetings as well as individual certifications. All employees are required to be current on drug testing and safety training with MUST (Management and Unions Serving Together). Our general foremen are certified as Safety Trained Supervisors in Construction (STSC) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

To keep up with the fast-paced construction world, Redinger Steel foremen carry tablets in the field so that they can stay informed while on site. Their tablets contain links to all drawings, safety documents, MSDS forms, and site-specific documentation. This allows them to solve problems quickly and keep open lines of communication with the company and with our customers.
