As second generation owners, Josh and Lindsey are proud to carry on the legacy started by Josh's dad, Butch Redinger. After almost two decades as a Local 25 ironworker, Butch & his wife, Jann, founded Redinger Steel Erectors, Inc in their hometown of Fowlerville, MI between Lansing and Detroit. Butch has truly built a legacy we strive to carry through generations.

Redinger Steel is proud to be signatory to Iron Workers Local 25 and employs only skilled Union Ironworkers within Local 25 in Southeast, Central, and Mid-Michigan. Our crews consist of several tenured foremen and journeymen alongside journeymen and young apprentices hitting the ground running.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe work environment and properly training employees through regular company safety meetings as well as individual certifications. All employees are required to be current on drug testing and safety training with MUST (Management and Unions Serving Together). Our managment staff and core team members maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, & AED training through the American Red Cross. 

To keep up with the fast-paced construction world, Redinger Steel foremen carry tablets in the field so that they can stay informed while on site. Their tablets contain links to all drawings, safety documents, MSDS forms, and site-specific documentation. This allows them to solve problems quickly and keep open lines of communication with the company and with our customers.
